RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery of your item. You must obtain a Return Authorization before shipping your item back, or your return will not be accepted. To obtain a Return Authorization, please contact us.
You are responsible for shipping the item back to us in new condition including the original packaging. There is a 20% restocking fee on non-defective items to offset lost shipping, credit card and labor costs. Once we receive the item we will issue a refund. Your refund will be issued in the same form payment was received unless other arrangements have been made. We do not reimburse shipping costs. We strongly recommend you insure any package being returned to us as we only provided refunds on items that are returned to us in new condition and in the original packaging.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are welcome as long as they are done within 5 days. You must obtain a Return Authorization before shipping your item back, or your exchange will not be accepted. To obtain a Return Authorization, please contact us. There are no restocking fees for exchanges for items of equal or greater value. However, shipping charges will apply for the new product and we do not credit back shipping charges from your original purchase. We strongly recommend you insure any package being returned to us as we only provided exchanges for items that are returned to us in new condition and in the original packaging.
