What is “Not Your Mama’s Lights?”
Not Your Mama’s Lights is the best light site on the Internet.  We love it. We work hard to make it better every day. We sell over 1300 different models of lights at any given time and we are always looking for more lights to add to the list. However having so many lights to choose from causes a dilemma for most so we have built in a system for video reviews some by us, some by people on youtube, and some by our customers. We also created our “Not Your Mama’s Approved” list to help you know which lights are best. How many Lights do you sell?
Over 1400 SKU's with up to 12,000 flashlights in stock at any one time.

Do you sell anything else besides Lights?
We do, but not on this site. Everyone who works on this site is a light lover and we want it to stay that way. So while we do sell other products they operate as individual companies separate from this one. They are listed below:

Why should I buy a light from you as opposed to some other seller?
Because we do our best to take care of you. That does not mean that everything is always perfect, it just means that we do all that we can and 99 out of 100 times we succeed.

What’s the quality like on the Lights you sell?

That depends but to help you figure out if they are high quality or not we offer video reviews, customer written reviews, and the infamous “Not Your Mamas Approved” rating system detailed here: Not Your Mamas Approved

Can I link to your site?

Order Status

Has my order shipped?
If you order has shipped you will receive an email confirmation with the status change and your UPS Tracking Number. You can also find the status of your order under your Account Information.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
To make sure your information is safe we do not save your credit card information so you will need to create a new order to add more items. How do I create an account?
To create an account click on the word “Register” under the login form.

How do I edit my account information?
First log into your account via the login form and then simply click “Account Maintenance” where the login form was.

Depends on where you live. But within the US generally 3-5 days.

Buyer's Guide

How do I find my product?
To find the item(s) you're looking for, you may (1) use the navigation menus on the top, or left of our website. (2) type a keyword into the SEARCH box. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.

Does your stock rotate?
Yes.

Do you offer discounts on large orders?
Orders over $1500 may be eligible for a discount. For more information, please contact customer service.

Do you offer gift certificates?
We do not offer gift certificates at this time.

How do I know if an item is in stock?
All items show the quantity that we have in stock at any particular time. The quantity in stock can be found in the lower left hand corner of the product description.

It says "Special Order Only" what does that mean?
This simply means that we do not stock this item but we can easily get it for you. Simply purchase the item and we will get it on its way immediately nothing more is required.

It says "Back Ordered" what does this mean?
This simply means that we have ordered more of this item and though we do not have it yet due to the popularity of it and generally the difficulty in ordering we are selling what is coming on a first come first serve basis.
